If your item is delayed:
First, contact the seller directly through your account.
If you’re unable to resolve it, Qraftiq can step in to help mediate where possible.
Please note: since sellers handle their own shipping, Qraftiq cannot be directly responsible for delays, but we’re committed to supporting you and ensuring a smooth experience.

For certain orders (especially from new sellers), funds are held until delivery is confirmed.
If your order doesn’t arrive, contact the seller first. If no resolution is reached, contact Qraftiq Support. We will investigate and take action as needed.
