Yes. Qraftiq helps connect African makers and brands with buyers around the world.
If a product is available for international shipping to a buyer’s location, the buyer will see that it can be delivered to them. Even if shipping is not available everywhere, your shop and products can still be discovered internationally on the platform.

In cases involving damaged items, delivery issues, or disputes, sellers are expected to respond promptly. If needed, Qraftiq may step in to help review and resolve the situation fairly.
