Ships from Ghana.

• Processing Time: Because every Morhands piece is thoughtfully crafted using upcycled and secondhand materials with intricate patchwork and embroidery, standard order processing takes 3 to 5 business days before shipping.
• Local Delivery in Ghana: We proudly ship across Ghana, offering reliable delivery to major cities and regions. Standard local shipping typically takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Retail Partner Pickups: Customers also have the option to check availability through our growing retail partner network located in Tamale and the Volta Region.
• International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping for our sustainable streetwear collections. International delivery generally takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination customs processing.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen service level. Any applicable local import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your garment's journey.

Returns & Exchange

• Final Sale on Custom Items: Due to the limited-batch and upcycled nature of our garments—handcrafted using secondhand materials, patchwork, and embroidery—all custom orders, made-to-measure pieces, and items purchased during a sale are final sale.
• Eligibility for Exchanges: We gladly accept requests for exchanges or store credit on standard, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.
• Item Condition: To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
• How to Initiate a Request: To start an exchange or report a defective item, please reach out to our support team with your order number and photos of the garment.
