Returns & Exchange

Returns or exchanges are considered for items that arrive damaged or significantly different from the description. Please contact Luxe by Rufee as soon as possible after delivery, with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition where a return is approved. Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for return
