By creating an account or using Qraftiq in any way, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under guardian supervision
• All information you provide is accurate
• You agree to follow all policies included in these Terms

By creating an account or using the Qraftiq platform in any way, you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Use, the Seller Policy, the Buyer Policy, and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

2. Accounts

2.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activity performed under your account
• Keeping your login details secure
• Updating your profile information when necessary

Qraftiq cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or shared devices.

2.2 Shops

A shop on Qraftiq may only be opened by:

• The owner of the business, or
• An authorized representative acting on behalf of the business

By opening a shop, you confirm that:

• You have permission to represent the business
• All information provided (shop name, brand details, identity documents) is accurate
• You are responsible for managing the shop’s activity, orders, and communication

3. Qraftiq’s Role

Qraftiq is a marketplace platform, not a seller.

Qraftiq does not:

• Manufacture products
• Store or inspect products
• Ship products
• Guarantee product quality
• Become a party in the contract between buyer and seller

Each transaction is a direct agreement between the buyer and the seller.

Qraftiq provides:

• Listing tools
• Communication tools
• Payment processing
• Platform visibility

But Qraftiq is not legally responsible for the performance of sellers.

Trust & Safety

Qraftiq aims to create a safe and reliable environment for both buyers and sellers. We provide tools such as:

• Seller verification
• Performance badges
• Secure messaging
• Secure payment processing
• Dispute support

Buyers and sellers are encouraged to communicate clearly and make informed decisions when interacting on the platform.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment partners.

You agree that:

• Payment timing, holds, or delays may occur
• Qraftiq may temporarily hold funds during disputes, verification checks, or suspected fraud
• Currency conversion fees may apply

5. Content Ownership & License

You own the content you upload to Qraftiq, including product images, descriptions, and branding.

However, by uploading content, you grant Qraftiq a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content for:

• Marketplace display
• Marketing and advertising
• Social media features
• Collections, campaigns, newsletters, and promotions

This license continues even if:

• Your listings go unpublished
• You close your account

(Only content relevant to the marketplace remains used. Your personal data is not used for ads.)

6. Acceptable Use

By using Qraftiq, you agree not to:

• Upload or sell illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items
• Mislead or defraud buyers
• Harass or abuse buyers, sellers, or Qraftiq staff
• Post false information
• Attempt to circumvent fees
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or payments
• Interfere with the platform’s normal functioning

7. Disputes Between Users

Buyers and sellers must first attempt to resolve issues directly.

Qraftiq may assist by:

• Reviewing messages
• Asking for additional information
• Suggesting solutions

However, Qraftiq is not required to mediate and is not liable for the outcome.

If a seller refuses to respond, Qraftiq may take corrective action in accordance with our policies.

8. Account Termination or Suspension

8.1 By You

You may close your account at any time.

8.2 By Qraftiq

Qraftiq may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate platform rules
• Upload prohibited content
• Engage in fraud or harmful behavior
• Fail to fulfill orders
• Receive repeated complaints
• Provide false verification documents

8.3 Data After Account Closure

Some information must be retained for Legal compliance,Fraud prevention,Accounting and tax requirements.This includes:

• Order and transaction information retained for tax and accounting purposes (up to 7 years)
• Records required to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
• Data retained for fraud prevention and platform security
• Anonymized analytics data used to improve platform performance and user experience

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Qraftiq is provided “as-is” without warranties
• Qraftiq is not responsible for seller actions, shipping delays, product defects, or losses
• Qraftiq does not guarantee sales, income, or marketplace performance

Users interact with each other at their own risk.

10. Policy Changes

Qraftiq may update these Terms at any time.

We will notify users of major changes through email or platform notifications.

Continued use of Qraftiq after updates = acceptance of the updated Terms.
